Investing in Blyth Valley:
Further afield Arch Homes are also building a £2.5m
development of 28 houses and apartments at Seaton
Delaval, these are a wide mix of high-quality homes, which
will include larger 3 bedroomed family homes, two bed
homes and a small number of apartments. All have been
let for private rent, which will ensure good quality, new
homes for working people on mid and lower incomes. In
Cramlington Arch Homes has 50 residential properties
consisting of a mix of semi-detached and detached family
houses.

Our commercial estate in Cramlington includes Nelson
Park Industrial Estate, Bassington Industrial Estate,
Enterprise Court, Mailing House and South Nelson
Industrial Estate. Compromising a total of 59 units and
167,209 sq ft of industrial space. The Nelson Park Network
Centre currently offers seven units with a total floor space
of 18,000 sq ft. All of the units are let and Arch is adding
an additional two 6,000 sq ft units for industrial use. The
units have been specifically designed to satisfy existing
demand as there is currently a shortage of units offering
these sizes. Units will be available early 2016 – enquiries
are already being taking from prospective pre-lets.

We have committed nearly £3m to local Blyth Valley
business for business growth and apprenticeships,
it is expected to create 324 jobs, from which 37
apprenticeships have already been created and the
companies themselves are expected to invest a total
of £9,832,918.
